First, I learn your business.
Before we ever get on a call, you fill out a detailed diagnostic. Your tech stack, team structure, revenue model, the stuff that keeps you up at night. I show up to session one having already mapped your business and identified where AI can do the most good.
We spend that first call confirming my hypotheses, finding the highest-leverage integration points, and building your roadmap together. You leave knowing exactly what we are building and why.
Then, we build.
Each session after that focuses on what you have done, what got stuck, and what comes next. I tell you which tools to use, how to configure them, and where the traps are. We recalibrate the plan based on what is actually happening in your business, because plans always need adjusting once they hit reality.
The final session is an audit. We pressure-test everything, make sure it all holds up, and I hand you a forward playbook for the quarter ahead so you keep building momentum on your own.
